The bathroom and kitchen, where you spend most of your time at home, are technical areas that require not only aesthetics but also reliable infrastructure and proper planning. At KAL-ES Yapı İnşaat, we don’t follow standard templates in our renovation projects; we plan a complete transformation based on your needs, budget, and approval, from infrastructure to design. Our goal is to create modern, functional, and personalized living spaces that you can use seamlessly for many years.
Each project has unique conditions. Therefore, before starting, we inspect the existing installations together, listen to your priorities, and prepare a technical report.
Based on your needs, we solve critical infrastructure issues such as waterproofing, electrical connections, ventilation, and humidity control. We offer different alternatives for materials, clearly explaining the advantages and costs of each option.
We provide durable and reliable solutions with stainless steel pipes, water-resistant flooring, antibacterial tiles, and energy-efficient fixtures. All applications are carried out according to your approval and chosen options.
We design spaces that are not only visually appealing but also facilitate daily life and require low maintenance. From cabinet layout to outlet placement, and from lighting to water-saving faucets, every detail is planned according to your usage habits to ensure comfort. Our aim is to provide comfortable, ergonomic, and efficient usage for many years in every project we undertake.
Modern, classic, or minimal…
In every project, our priority is your vision and preferences. That’s why we present different design scenarios combining both, so you can choose the best fit.
With 3D visuals, you can see every detail before implementation. From color selection to cabinet design, we finalize each step together with you. The decision process is entirely yours, but we assist with expert recommendations to simplify your choices.
